Olivia Munn Gets Fashion-y

Tuesday, October 28th, 2014

My latest piece was a fun one: I sat down with actress Olivia Munn for the ALEXA Fashion Special in The New York Post.

She’s a true character, this one—smart, cool, unique and humble—and I loved getting to know a bit more about her after her photo shoot. Check out my story on Olivia in the Post: Olivia Munn on Her Career and Fashion. And then check her out in The Newsroom in November, and in Mortdecai with Johnny Depp next year.

Bethany Mota and Her Kickass Confidence

Tuesday, October 28th, 2014

For this month’s cover of Seventeen magazine, I flew up to Northern California to sit down at home with YouTube star Bethany Mota.

Bethany’s not only a YouTube star now, of course—though, uh, I think we can agree that 7.5 million subscribers is more than enough in this world? Still, she’s a powerhouse with boundless energy and big dreams. So she also has her own fashion and home line at Aeropostale and has been dominating on Dancing with the Stars. You can read some of the Bethany Mota story highlights here at Seventeen.com.

But for the most fun, check out the October 2014 issue of Seventeen to read Bethany’s beautiful advice about finding your voice and sharing it.

Once Upon a Time, I Interviewed Actress Jennifer Morrison…

Wednesday, October 8th, 2014

And she was awesome! The end.

Well, a little more than that happened over breakfast at the Chateau Marmont. And you can read all about it in this fun feature for The New York Post ALEXA fashion special edition. Read the full story “Jennifer Morrison Rules the Red Carpet” to find out the funny story of how the star of Once Upon a Time was getting by just before she got her first big break on television.

And if you’re super bored or feel like killing time reading a few other profiles of mine, can check out some of my other pieces for The New York Post, including interviews with Abbie Cornish, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Francesca Eastwood and more.

‘Til my next published piece,
